What's the obstacle that would have prevented you from investing in coaching?

For me, it’s purely financial. It all comes down to cost and where I’m at with my commission-based pay and whatnot.

What did you find as a result of investing in coaching with me?

The result was really understanding what is simple and what I need to look at from a simplistic standpoint: don’t go into detail, don’t overanalyze things, don’t look into it too much. Don’t assume and don’t mind-read was a big piece for me and is still something that I still remind myself about every single day in professional and personal interactions.

I’ve started journaling for myself. Something I’ve realized is that it helps just writing like I’m talking to a friend. I journal maybe three times a week now and it’s been really helpful to see that and go back to see the steady progression I’ve made.

What specific feature did you like most about my coaching process?

The call-outs. When we would have discussions and you would tell me that we need to organize and talk about certain points. I tend to ramble and add in details that aren’t needed. It helped me to understand that things aren’t huge and overbearing if you break them down into small parts to act on and make progress. Before coaching, every time I got into a situation I would be like, “I don’t even know what I need to do.” Now, I can say, “Okay, well this is a big thing. What’s the first step I can take?”

What were three other benefits from working with me?

Being able to talk to you and then getting direction from you that I can act on. Also being able to journal with you on the action I’ve taken to then understand what I can do to move forward and continue, or decide if I need to stop and reanalyzed the situation.

Would you recommend someone else work with me? Why?

Yes, I would. For people in my situation who don’t really know where to start or really overanalyze and think too much and really get into the weeds of it all. Just being able to talk to you about those things and get a clear line of sight has been hugely beneficial.
